As is the case every day, Pecan Valley is committed to providing a healthy and safe environment for employees, the people we support, contractors and guests in our facilities. Our goal is to continue to provide quality services in the unfortunate situation we find ourselves. Therefore, Pecan Valley has added changes to the operations of some services to ensure we are proactively working throughout our service delivery system and to help slow the spread of COVID-19.

Effective Monday , March 23, 2020 the following operation changes have been made:

• All agency facilities will remain open. Some programs, such as the LSC’s and Waco Street facility, will provide services from a different location.

• It is encouraged to limit the number of staff working and individuals being provided services in each of our Clinic locations.

• Client Services will experience operational changes. Managers at each Mental Health facility will provide more detail tomorrow on what those changes are and how these changes will affect services.

• Crisis & Intake line will remain available as always.
